Importance of Discovery

The Discovery process seeks to discover the level of psychological wellbeing of the workforce and to discover the specific activities and items that individuals feel impede their own wellbeing and performance.

The process is more specific than most staff surveys, which, in general, provide high level results and often fail to detect the elements that impact on the psychological wellbeing of the workforce, necessitating a more specific discovery process afterwards.
